Q: How does a purse hanger work?
A: Very Simple… Gravity. The weight of your purse holds the gem in place. There is also a rubber pad on the bottom to ensure against slipping.
Q: Is it heavy?
A: Our purse hangers are under two ounces, so they are barely noticeable. They lay flat while in the velvet carrying case, so they easily fit into any size bag.
Q: How much weight can it hold?
A: We have tested up to 20 pounds. If you are carrying more than that in your purse – it may be time to clean it out!
Q: Will you have other designs?
A: Yes. We love our classic design and colors, however, we are looking to expand our line. Check back soon for our latest styles!
Q: Do you do custom orders?

Q: Is there a return policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact YOU GOT PURSENALITY within 3 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your money minus shipping costs, after receiving the returned merchandise. Please send your returns using traceable shipping. This service is offered at a low cost through the USPS. Be sure to enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
